  Part 1 About your life

Producer day 1
First of all, I will talk about your life.
There are two sides of the world: consumers who receive services and pay for them, and producers who provide services and receive money. You were basically in the consumer position until now, but from today you will be in the producer position. In other words, you are a first-year producer.

Life planning
Think about what you want to do on this milestone day of your life, and what you want to do with that time, assuming you have time to reach around 70 or 80.

There are countless things that you want to do in your life, but first let's think about the basic policy. For example, you want to enjoy your life to the fullest, or you want to accomplish something meaningful.

Please aim to realize both of them. In other words, I want you to achieve something meaningful while enjoying your one-time life to the fullest, and to give something meaning to your birth in this world. When you look back on your life on the verge of death, it would be great if you could contribute to something that would help humanity progress, no matter how small it is.

Find your goal
We are a group of people who want to use their time in their lives to accomplish something meaningful. If the only purpose of your life is to enjoy yourself to the fullest, our environment may not be right for you. But if you want to use your life, the time you have been given, to achieve something meaningful other than your own enjoyment, it's a great environment. This is because we are an organization that aims to achieve meaningful results for humankind from a long-term perspective. We'll talk about what we're aiming for later.

"Efforts can't win crazy," he says. When I was a student, I think I had the experience of studying subjects that no one was interested in. After graduating from school, you can start running toward your favorite goals from today. Find out that you don't have to "work hard" for others like you used to do uninteresting studies, but "immerse yourself" for your goals. By doing so, you can lead a fulfilling life.

Growth as a producer
Producers cannot survive unless they are chosen by consumers. Consumers don't go to restaurants that serve bad food, subtle bars with atmosphere, and they don't play buggy games. In order to work as a producer from now on, you must acquire the skills necessary to win the competition with other producers. It takes a certain amount of time to acquire skills.

As I said, living time for others is not only fun, but even painful. I want you to live your own life and use your life time to your satisfaction. To do this, first think about what kind of life you want to live and find your own goals at the moment. By doing so, you should be crazy about the way to get there.

Part 2 About our direction

Two problems in the world
Next, I would like to talk about the direction we are heading.
I also want to enjoy my life to the fullest and use the time I have been given for something meaningful. The point is what kind of taste should be added to the soup of civilization received from the previous generation and passed on to the next generation. Although humankind has made great improvements in many ways over the past tens of thousands of years of history, it still has major contradictions and absurdities. The biggest problems are war and poverty. We want to help improve those situations, even if only a little.

To minimize the possibility of war
First of all, it is important to know each other well in order to reduce the possibility of war. To that end, we aim to increase international communication. As a first step, my current mission is to harness the power of technology to increase the amount of communication between my home country of Japan and foreign countries.

To improve poverty
Next, in order to improve the problem of poverty, it is necessary to make the world richer and to reduce disparities such as educational disparities.
Efforts to enrich the world include promoting international trade, which is at the core of our current business. International trade has the function of delivering the world's raw materials to places where they can be produced more efficiently, and the function of delivering various products to places where they can be consumed more efficiently, enriching the lives of people around the world. I will. In other words, the more we promote international trade in the future, the more we can help enrich the world compared to being self-sufficient.
As an effort to reduce the disparity, we are proposing a new organizational structure called NPO Co., Ltd. to smoothly solve various problems that exist in the world. This is an organizational model that is a hybrid of a joint-stock company that aims to keep increasing money for shareholders and an NPO that faces social issues but has financial problems. First, we aim to be the first successful model of a corporation-like NPO and show the world that this organizational model works.

The last view we want to see
Our challenge is still in its infancy. More people who want to aim for our mission together will gather, and an organization will be created that will mark a small step in human history in the future. The road to achieving a big goal is like climbing a big mountain. There are times when the monotonous uphill continues and it is difficult, but when you continue to climb in the direction you should go, sometimes a wonderful view spreads out below you and you can feel the results of our efforts. And when you reach the top of the mountain, you will see the wonderful scenery and experience the excitement that only those who have climbed up with their own feet can experience it.
